Job Summary: The Creative Specialist is responsible for developing engaging and impactful content for advertising campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives. This role combines exceptional copywriting skills with graphic design expertise to create visually appealing and compelling brand messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ad Copywriting
  • Develop persuasive, creative, and brand-aligned copy for ads, social media posts, email campaigns, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure copy aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is clear, concise, and error-free.
  • Research and incorporate trends, keywords, and audience preferences into copywriting strategies.
  • Develop taglines, slogans, and calls-to-action that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  1. Graphic Design
  • Design visually appealing graphics for ads, banners, social media posts, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure designs align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging strategy.
  • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create high-quality digital and print materials.
  • Adapt and optimize designs for various platforms and formats (e.g., web, social media, mobile).
  • Stay updated on design trends and techniques to keep creative outputs fresh and innovative.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work closely with various teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Present and revise concepts based on team feedback and stakeholder input.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in both copywriting and graphic design (portfolio required).
