The Opportunity
The Creative Specialist is responsible for connecting audiences to a clear and compelling brand through a variety of corporate and project-specific marketing programs. This role contributes to a small, but successful Marketing department by leading strategies that create the demand and brand cache that helps achieve project and corporate success.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Creative Specialist works across all divisions of the Deveraux Group of Companies, helping to champion the marketing functions of the organization while working alongside key team members to ensure the successful development and implementation of marketing and revenue strategies.
As a passionate graphic designer with strong business acumen, the Creative Specialist will have a proven track record in creating and overseeing the successful implementation of strategic marketing programs within the residential construction industry.

What you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on design and brand management.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Strong understanding of design principles and advanced experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in website management and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with video production and editing is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You will…
Brand Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Design and Production:
- Design and produce both corporate and property-specific marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, corporate investor decks, and video content using InDesign, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the organization’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Develop engaging video content for digital platforms to promote brand initiatives and campaigns.
Merchandise Management:
- Create, track, and manage merchandise inventory, including promotional items, uniforms and branded goods.
- Coordinate ordering and distribution processes to ensure timely availability of materials for new employees, marketing campaigns and events.
Signage Management:
- Develop and manage all internal and external signage for properties, ensuring brand compliance and visibility.
- Create property-specific signage, including banners, directional signs, and informational displays.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and services across multiple channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, construction, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and report on financial performance of marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and present marketing strategies, plans, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
External Programming:
- Manage, expand and maintain the Deveraux Resident Reward Program.
