The Creative Strategist drives the creative direction and performance of our user acquisition (UA) efforts. This role involves monitoring leading game titles, analyzing trends, and optimizing ad performance to reduce cost-per-install (CPI) and enhance ad spend efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Creatives, the Creative Strategist shapes and executes creative strategies for.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of leading game titles and creative strategies weekly. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Creative Ideation: Develop innovative ideas to optimize ad performance, focusing on reducing CPI and increasing ad spend efficiency.
  • Research: Conduct market research using tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Facebook Ad Library to generate actionable insights.
  • Creative Execution: Develop comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality ad creation and implementation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track ad performance, conduct A/B testing on app stores, and refine strategies based on data to maximize ROI.
  • Custom Product Pages: Oversee the creation and optimization of custom product pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Network Requirements: Understand and apply creative requirements of different ad networks to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Resource and ROI Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage ROI in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Creatives.
