Description:

CREATIVE STUDIO MANAGER

We are recruiting an experienced Creative Studio Manager to join our Marketing & Communications Team at Grant Thornton. In this dynamic role, you will lead our in-house design team while directly contributing to creative projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing our creative studio, managing workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in hands-on, creative work as well as in team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that includes a graphic designer and a multimedia specialist, focusing on efficient and high-quality creative outputs.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, impactful designs and oversee all stages of design, video and photography production.
  • Create various brand and marketing materials, including videos, infographics, presentations, proposals, brochures, reports, social posts.
  • Lead the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including radio, press, digital, and outdoor media.
  • Oversee the studio’s workflow, align projects with business objectives, and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring consistency and quality in all brand communications.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Grant Thornton brand, working closely with the global brand team to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
  • Drive improvements in operations and effectiveness of the Creative Team

Required Experience:

  • A third-level qualification in design or other relevant disciplines
  • 7+ years’ graphic design experience
  • A creative mind-set, with a thorough understanding of the design process while working to deadlines
  • Depth and breadth of experience delivering excellent creative for large campaigns and proposals in various digital forms, including video and website
  • An awareness of the latest techniques, best practices, equipment and developments in the design community.
  • Client-centric, with an excellent work ethic and a positive, collaborative, robust and flexible outlook
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Adept Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
  • Technical experience across motion graphics, 3D and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
