THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Creative Traffic Manager to oversee the smooth workflow and resource management across our global creative team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Lab and cross-functional teams to align project requirements with available resources, ensuring seamless project execution. Your efforts will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

  • Maintain top down, real time knowledge of all current jobs in progress across the Creative Lab and assigning resource to new briefs as appropriate
  • Clearly communicate progress or any changes in requirements to key stakeholders
  • Support project estimates/SOWs and pitches to include capacity, capabilities, required hours liaising with Creative Lab colleagues to ensure accuracy and referring to established pricing
  • Support teams during busy periods by actioning ad hoc design tasks
  • Review workload, with an eye on both short term and long-term capacity within the department ensuring the leadership team is kept informed and made aware of departmental bottlenecks
  • Promote and facilitate clear communication with all colleagues (Creative Lab and cross functional teams) to achieve high quality and efficient project outcomes
  • Act as the key administrator of the creative project management platform (HIVE), performing updates and providing analytics and reports to the leadership team
  • Co-ordinate daily resource and weekly WIP meetings with the team, reviewing resource to ensure optimum allocation
  • Identify peaks and troughs in workflow and process enhancements that optimize efficiency and quality of delivery, provide recommendations and implement these approaches to defined KPIs with the leadership team
  • Assist with documenting and maintaining internal procedures and best practices and provide general ad hoc admin assistance to colleagues as required, providing support for relevant training sessions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in medical communications
  • Promote Envision values and a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
