We are looking for a talented Creator Sheriff ⭐️
Our Creator Manager will identify, attract, and manage the most relevant creators for SongPush, who have not signed with an agency yet (Indie Creators). This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with creators to ensure a high concentration of top talent on our platform.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities

1. Creator Goals & KPI Planning

• Setting Targets: Together with our Head of Creators, you define and iterate monthly and yearly goals for Indie Creator acquisition and retention

2. Creator Acquisition

• Targeted Outreach: Identify and categorize relevant creators
• Acquisition Funnel: Design and execute a lean acquisition funnel
• Monitoring: Track the acquisition process with our CRM systems
• Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new creators

3. Creator Retention

• Retention Strategies: Develop and execute several creator retention strategies
• Clear Communication: Establish effective communication channels with creators
• Activity Monitoring: Engage creators with offers and campaigns
• Support System: Create robust support systems for creators via WhatsApp
• Relationship Building: Establish long-lasting connections with our top talent

Requirements
Who You Are ️

Required Job Experiences/Background

• Creator Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creators (Required)
• Industry Experience: Deep knowledge & enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising industry. (Required)
• Automated Tools: Experience with tools like WhatsApp Business, Lemlist, Braze or Beehiv (Preferred)
• Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation (Preferred)
• E-Mail Marketing: Experience with setting up email sequences (Preferred)
• Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation (Preferred)
