QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the creator economy and/or music industry, with a proven track record of success, particularly in The United States, Canada and English speaking markets.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and monetization streams on YouTube and other platforms.
Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated sales mindset with the drive to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
Innovative Skills: Experience in growth hacking and social selling in both B2B and B2C settings.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with new technologies, including GenAI, social media platforms, and Google and Microsoft applications.
Personal Attributes: An avid learner who is coachable, business savvy, and adaptable to new challenges.

As a Creator Partnerships, Domestic Markets, you will play a crucial role in our mission to empower high-profile creators, influencers, artists, and media companies by integrating them into our comprehensive suite of monetization services. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and Prospecting: Identify and reach out to top-tier creators and influencers, building relationships and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Service Integration: Assist creators in leveraging our monetization services, such as YouTube Monetization, Rights Management, Platform Syndication, Distribution, Localization, and more to maximize their revenue potential.
Industry Engagement: Actively engage with the dynamic creator economy, staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using various methods of prospecting to discover emerging content creators and engaging with them to partner with RHEI
- Developing a clear understanding of RHEI’s content requirements, value adds, and technology platform
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by actively reaching out to potential prospects to consistently generate new sales opportunities
- Consistent attainment and over achievement of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Consistently update CRM to capture and report upon all sales opportunities
- Effectively educating prospective partners on RHEI’s value adds and suite of solutions
- Weekly individual and team review meetings to measure sales rep performance and accomplishments
- Optimizing workflow through the use of tools to improve efficiency
- Providing the company with feedback on individual and team performances
- Collaborating with management and the greater team to identify and analyze new opportunities for revenue generation
- Assisting RHEI strategically to grow our verticals within YouTube and other platforms such as
Snap and Meta
- Collaborating with other RHEI business units (i.e. Content Management, Multi-Platform, Ad Sales and Talent Management) to create monetization solutions, syndication and branded content opportunities for creators
