Description:

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor or higher qualification, with at least 3-5 years of working experience in credit administration
  • Experienced in MAS 610 reporting, managing drawdown, rollover and collateral management.
  • Experienced in credit risk management and well- versed in the requirements for loan drawdown review
  • Strong in compliance, regulatory adherence and credit process management
  • Proficient in the data processing and writing minutes
  • Meticulous, versatile and good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and monitors all overdue credit review, credit rating
  • Ensure proper and adequate documentation of credit files
  • Prepare and ensure timely reporting for Head Office and regulator reports(such as MAS 610, BIS report, MAS 760 and Top 100 borrowers survey)
  • Ensure adequacy of limits and adherence to policies before disbursement
  • Performs monitoring of collaterals before disbursement
  • Perform biannual review of physical collaterals
  • Daily monitoring of mismatch collateral values and highlighting to various stakeholders
  • Manage Call Reports sent by Relationship Manager
  • Monitoring of undertakings and rating validity
  • Processing asset classification in NGS and preparing asset classification reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and processing low-risk transactions in the system.Organize the Risk management Committee meeting and prepare the Minutes.
