A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE HILL LABS FINANCE TEAM!
A 12-month full time, fixed term, opportunity has become available within our Accounts team to assist in all aspects of credit control and provide support to the Finance team.
This position will report to, and be supported by the Finance Manager, together with an experienced and helpful finance team.

Responsibilities:
As a credit administrator you will be responsible for supporting our Senior Accounts Receivable and Credit Administrator to manage a large portfolio of customers, overseeing aged debt and resolving accounts issues. Other tasks in this role will include:
- Daily coding of bank statement receipts and entering direct credits
- Investigate and follow up all overdue debt promptly
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
- Ensuring customer account balances are maintained and correct
Skills and experience:
Debt control management experience of 2-3 years, involvement in the whole debt review process and can work collectively with others to do daily tasks and participate in month end processes. You will also bring some of the below skills and experience.
- Minimum NCEA level 3, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident telephone manner
- Self-motivation with high attention to detail
- An ability to learn systems quickly and be comfortable working with multiple systems, experience with excel would be an advantage
- A methodical and organised approach with great time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and be able to prioritise a busy workload
