We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team in Richmond, BC or in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid).
This role will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing new and rehashed applications within a 30-minute turnaround time. Providing the dealers with effective customer service via telephone or email.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College or University degree preferred but not required (preferred in Business or Finance)
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in retail or consumer credit (auto lending experience is an asset)
- Ability to communicate with dealers, co-workers, managers, and staff from other departments in a clear, professional, collaborative manner regarding their own and other Credit Analysts’ deals.
- Bilingual in both English and French is preferred but not required
- This position requires multitasking, prioritizing and properly analyzing every credit application.
- Willingness to work a flexible work schedule (As early as 8:30 am and as late as 9:00 p.m. PST) Some Saturdays will be included.
- Proficiency with MS applications
