QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong knowledge of financial products
  • Expertise in credit risk assessment for business lending
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in underwriting
  • Advanced Excel skills
    Familiarity with SQL is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The role of Credit Analyst involves underwriting Qred’s larger credit tickets within the Credit Domain. This position supports the Underwriting Team Leads in Customer Success markets by managing larger and more complex incoming applications, conducting recurring analyses of customer segment trends, and monitoring key performance indicators. Additionally, the credit analyst will be a stakeholder in various product development initiatives, providing valuable insights and expertise to connected projects. This role reports to the Head of Credit Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing in-depth analysis and underwriting of larger B2B tickets in all markets
  • Defining and developing the analysis framework and structure for larger credits
  • Preparing and presenting necessary credit decisions to the Credit Committee
  • Underwriting loans in daily operations
  • Following up and reporting on the large ticket segment of the credit portfolio
  • Continuously analyzing trends and key performance indicators within the portfolio segment
  • Participating as a stakeholder in various product development projects
