Responsibilities:
- Independently analyse the creditworthiness of corporations and evaluate complex financing structures in the field of corporate finance (incl. trade and supply chain finance) - both in the context of single risk as well as portfolio transactions (the latter with focus on underwriting quality of the bank)
- Prepare internal credit applications, making informed recommendations and providing clients and internal stakeholders with reasoned explanations for decisions
- Determine the maximum risk appetite for large single transactions involving multiple cedents and major individual risks
- Monitor existing (sub) portfolio; to identify significant risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate risk measures
- Cooperate closely with CRRM and participate in client meeting on specific deals or due diligence purposes
- Assist with the examination and development of strategic growth initiatives and new business opportunities
- Support efforts to enhance existing tools, credit risk management systems and processes
