SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous Lending experience gained from a Mortgage Brokerage, Australian Bank or Non-Bank Lender highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills for calculating income and financial information to complete servicing calculations.
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong time management & organisation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure is essential
Be proactive with an open & engaging ‘can do’ work attitude
Previous experience with Applyonline (not essential, but highly regarded).
Must be comfortable Liaising with Lenders, Customers and other external parties including Valuers, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents and Accountants.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst with an eye for detail, to assist our Finance Brokers with all facets of processing loan applications and post settlement duties for both new and existing clients.
Full time and Part time applicants will be considered.
This is a fast-paced role and so we are ideally looking for someone with great time management skills, excellent computer skills and incredible attention to detail.
In this diverse role you will be working in conjunction with the Senior Finance brokers and Administration support to prepare loan scenarios, prepare compliance documents, prepare and submit loan applications.
You will be responsible for submitting loan applications to the Banks right through to Formal approval and Settlement, update and maintain internal databases, liaise with clients and lenders, order valuations, request pricing discounts, work on loan variations, general office administration, some marketing activity and general support for the team.
