Description:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for approving all SME loan applications, demonstrating sound credit and business judgment, and adept at identifying high-risk, early warning signs, and potential fraud conditions in customer profiles.
  • Experienced in handling SME loans secured with property collateral, ensuring compliance with established policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Achieve daily targets for reviewing incoming loan applications and adhere to committed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Possess knowledge of industry practices, financial statement analysis, and a fundamental understanding of legal aspects related to collateral security and company documentation.
  • Able to read and understand customer payment or Non-Performing Loan (NPL) performance for learning of future approval.
  • Develop and propose mitigation strategies for financing customers to minimize lending risks, and effectively communicate solutions to sales, marketing, and business teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in SME / Micro SME / Commercial Loans.
  • Having authority limit approval with a minimum of 500 million and the ability to assess the creditworthiness of both individuals and companies.
  • Proficient in comprehending the entire credit process and underwriting, including but not limited to loan submission, documentation, policy adherence, approval analysis, and collateral security evaluation.
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a strong interest in analyzing customer data. Exhibit qualities of high responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
