Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Credit and Collections management services to SBO as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in Review AR ageing reports, perform collection & dunning, escalate, and follow-up actions.
  • To take charge of several countries for overall Credit Management and Collection activities
  • Support/responding to enquiries from internal and external customers, Country Finance & Stakeholders
  • Actively participate in credit assessment for new and existing customer, perform periodic customer credit review, as well as customer portfolio risk
  • Participate in checking credit availability and manage blocked sales orders related to Overdue.
  • Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines, also to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in transition activities of Country Credit and Collection processes into SBS, including knowledge transfer, preparation of Work Instructions documentation and attending conference calls/meetings
  • To update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as and when required and obtain validation from Team Lead/Manager
  • To support ad-hoc projects implementation (New tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process improvement projects)
  • To participate in LEAN workshop, acquire LEAN mindset and work according to LEAN methodology.
  • To proactively alert in issue/roadblock and propose solution to Team Lead/Manager.
  • To manage any other tasks as assigned by Team Lead/Manager.
