WHAT’S THE ROLE?

Your work is highly important, as a member of the Credit & Collection Team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. We’re looking for a credit & collection professional with solid skill at credit and financial risk assessment and ability to support collection activities – to contribute to our Finance Business Strategy to ensure sustainable financial risk management.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• By assessing financial risks – using external financial reports and internal payment behaviours of our customers - approve business cases
• Considering the internal Credit Policy make proposal on requested financial securities for projects, customers or special business
• As SAP key user continuously check Credit engine setup and bring proposals to improve business approval and process efficiency
• Manage blocked orders and account incoming payments
• Support AR management – contact customer to align on payments, involve sales colleagues to sustain future business relationship with customers and avoid business termination
• Partner with sales force to develop customer engagement
• Create financial awareness by presence on the field with our sales force visiting customers and through trainings
• Collaborate with other functions to make sales growth in balance with risk mitigation
• Initiate change and streamline operational processes with digital means
