Network Consumer Finance (NCF) is a licensed credit provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings. NCF provides consumer, leasing, commercial finance and fleet administration services to its customers.

As the Credit & Collections Officer based on-site in Homebush West, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and diligent monitoring of the company’s loan portfolio. This role involves thoroughly evaluating credit applications for both consumer and commercial loans. You will play a vital role in ensuring our business’s financial stability and growth by implementing effective credit risk management strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include;

• Liaising with customers to collect documentation required in support of loan applications.
• Performing commercial loan due diligence.
• Coordinating caveat registrations and discharges.
• Reviewing PPSR security registrations and managing collection of debts.
• Collaborating with the legal team to coordinate the production of loan documentation.
• Managing customer enquiries and issue loan statements.
