Description:

We are seeking a Credit & Collections Professional based in Westminster, Colorado, United States. This role revolves around managing credit and collection activities for specific customer accounts receivable portfolios. Operating within a dynamic team, you will interact with both external and internal customers. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage end-to-end activities of assigned accounts receivable portfolio, from account setup to cash collections.
  • Engage in dispute management with customers to achieve positive outcomes for both the customer and the company.
  • Execute credit applications and credit limit recommendations.
  • Review sales orders on credit hold for approval and carry out A/R account reconciliation.
  • Process credit card transactions and monitor monthly auto-pay activities.
  • Engage with customers through phone calls and email correspondences.
  • Log all customer contacts and collection activities into the collection software system.
  • Make recommendations on monthly bad debt reserves and manage risk by driving win/win situations between the company and customers.
  • Produce reports as requested and participate in acquisition and integration activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, time management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
  • Familiarity with Office Functions and Documentation
  • Understanding of Policies and Invoicing procedures
  • Experience with Cash Activity Review and Email Correspondence
  • Knowledge of Collection Processes and Credit handling
  • Ability to perform Account Reconciliation and create Financial Notes
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Integration
  • Spanish Language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to Resolve Issues related to Customer Account
  • Experience in Change Management and Cash Flow Analysis
  • Skills in Dispute Resolution and Placement
