Description:

We are seeking a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role primarily involves overseeing the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position also requires monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they are accurate
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to credit and collections
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions
  • Utilize accounting software systems effectively to manage data and processes
  • Oversee B2B collections and ensure they are conducted in a timely manner
  • Manage cash applications and cash activity with precision
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of accounting functions
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the oil and gas service sector.
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience in B2B collections
  • Knowledge of Accounting Functions
  • Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to handle Billing Functions
  • Experience in overseeing Cash Activity
  • Proficient in Cash Applications
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Analytical skills to evaluate financial data
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of regulations and laws related to credit and collections
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
