Responsibilities:
We have an opportunity for a highly organised and efficient individual to work in our Credit Control Department at our Support Centre in Middlesbrough. The role will involve a variety of tasks including, the setting up of new accounts, resolving customer queries, chasing payments, cash posting and liaising with branch staff including branch managers to reduce debt and maximise our customer experience.
You’ll take responsibility for your own proportion of our ledger supporting branches and customers throughout their payment journey.
