We are very excited to welcome our new Filipino Speaking Credit Control and Collections Analyst colleague in the GA team.
The role is based in our Budapest GBS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform all collections activities including correspondence with customers, execution of effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past due.
• Perform Risk Assessment for new customers and existing customers as per request.
• Review and manage order hold on daily basis and communicate effectively to keep appropriate organizations up to date of customer issues and situations affecting the continued release of orders.
• Ensure the compliance of credit process with applicable policies and procedures.

You will be working in morning shift (6:30am-3pm).

About You

• Excellent English, both verbal and written
• Fluent Verbal communication in Filipino.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in any finance field or relevant internship experience
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and email programs.
• ERP system (SAP ECC) experience advantageous
• University degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service
• Team player with a can-do-mentality
• Critical thinking is a must
• Adaptability to changes, proactive personality and to do mentality.
