Description:

WE’D HOPE TO SEE:

Fluency in near-native English with proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages (if you are currently learning e.g. Danish we want to hear from you!).
Excellent communication skills: Verbal, written, and listening abilities. (Prior experience with customer-facing jobs is a big plus!).
Strong analytical skills: Capable of assessing financial data and identifying trends and potential risks.
Problem-solving abilities: Adept at resolving disputes or discrepancies and finding solutions.
Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
Time management skills: Managing multiple accounts simultaneously and meeting deadlines for follow-ups and reporting efficiently.
Resilience and persistence: You stay motivated despite setbacks or difficult interactions as well as persistently following up on overdue accounts.
Team orientation: You collaborate effectively with colleagues as well as contributing with your positive and friendly energy.
Proficiency in accounts receivable: Familiarity with related processes and software (beneficial).
Knowledge of regulations: Understanding of debt collection laws (beneficial).

Who Are We Looking for?
We are seeking a highly communicative individual with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. You enjoy communicating with people, and are not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to address concerns and get to the bottom of things.
We are not nitty-gritty about your education or background in Finance (if you know the basics of Excel, you’re good to go), it’s more important that you are fully fluent and confident in communicating in English.
