Credit Controller role based at southport on a 5 month temporary role
Managing a portfolio of independent accounts and liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries. Collecting overdue debt and ensuring customer spend is within the credit limits provided to reduce the risk of potential bad debt for the business.
Making decisions daily on credit accounts, suspending and releasing to ensure potential bad debt is kept to a minimum but also to ensure repeat trade from customers.
Requirements for qualifications, specialist knowledge, skills or key behaviours the jobholder will need to demonstrate to do the job effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
Organisational and time management skills
Confident and motivated
Problem solving skills
