We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Financial team in our Waterford Office.
JOB SUMMARY
CameraMatics are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Credit Controller to work with our finance team in Waterford. The successful candidate will work on a high performing credit team reporting to our Management Accountant. The role includes sales order approval, sales invoicing and credit control.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience within a credit control role.
- Excellent communications skills/ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
- Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions.
- Experience in dealing with a large customer base.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Display willingness to make decisions on own initiative.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
- SAP experience an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Ensuring that all major accounts operate within agreed terms.
- Credit Checking a customer’s creditworthiness and ensuring they abide by this limit.
- Chasing debt by telephone and email.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, liaising with the wider business where needed.
- Liaise with the Sales team regarding customer issues and queries.
- Achieving monthly cash targets.
- Account reconciliation.
- Other relevant administration duties.
