We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Financial team in our Waterford Office.

JOB SUMMARY

CameraMatics are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Credit Controller to work with our finance team in Waterford. The successful candidate will work on a high performing credit team reporting to our Management Accountant. The role includes sales order approval, sales invoicing and credit control.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience within a credit control role.
  • Excellent communications skills/ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
  • Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions.
  • Experience in dealing with a large customer base.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Display willingness to make decisions on own initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • SAP experience an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate and timely invoices to customers.
  • Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
  • Ensuring that all major accounts operate within agreed terms.
  • Credit Checking a customer’s creditworthiness and ensuring they abide by this limit.
  • Chasing debt by telephone and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, liaising with the wider business where needed.
  • Liaise with the Sales team regarding customer issues and queries.
  • Achieving monthly cash targets.
  • Account reconciliation.
  • Other relevant administration duties.
