Summary of Role
Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for providing a robust credit control service for Property Services companies. This role will require interaction with customers, other Finance team members, and customer service teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Daily collection activities and maintenance of the sales ledger
  • Point of contact for all internal and external billing queries
  • Liaise with all members of the sales team and customer services to resolve customer queries
  • Chasing outstanding & overdue debt by phone and email
  • Working proactively to ensure accounts do not become overdue
  • All written communication and processes actioned to agreed timescales
  • Meet targets set
  • Taking payments by debit or credit card
  • Raising credits when required
  • Setting up new customer accounts including direct debit instructions
