Responsibilities:

  • Oversee high-volume collection efforts for ALM clientele, ensuring efficient risk management and negotiating payment terms to align with both business and customer expectations.
  • Maintain credit limits and trading terms while managing weekly reporting and payment allocations.
  • Coordinate order pool management, ensuring timely release of orders to meet logistical deadlines.
  • Resolve disputes effectively and cultivate strong customer relations through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within a large, national team to achieve collective objectives.
