Your responsibilities would include:

  • Credit Risk Management and proactiv reviewing and flagging credit risk assessment issues
  • using analytical and stakeholder management skills to take ownership, business partnering / advisor role to other teams in OpCo Finance and non-Finance
  • interacting with the external agency, OpCo Finance and OpCo non Finance to collect customer credit information
  • ensuring Credit standards & rules are delivered
  • managing Credit Risk Assessment New and Existing Customers
  • managing Bad Debt Provision calculation
  • performing credit risk approval processes
  • working collaboratively with other teams in (e.g Sales, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the processes
  • supporting and contributing to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
  • regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of credit risk opportunities and issues
  • driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan
  • maintaining complete and up to date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • excellent written and verbal Portuguese(C1/C2)
  • English B2 or bette
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance area
  • strong analytical skills
  • influencing skills
  • stakeholder management skills
  • ability to identify forces in the macro-environment which affecting the business ( ex. political, economic )
  • ability to make a quick decision under pressure
  • understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
  • business knowledge
  • written and verbal communication skills
  • experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres)
  • mind-set and Behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
  • strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
