JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and drive implementation for consumer and SME loan’s collection strategy, including but not limited to workflow design, phone collection, site collection, legal procedure, outsourced management, etc.
• Utilize negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues.
• Provide debt solution by assisting customer with their debt obligation (e. g. offering restructure or settlement program).
• Utilise available tools and technology to influence customer behaviour with established procedures.
• Ensure proper collection actions including initiate legal actions, liaise with internal legal counsel.
• Manage outsourced debt collection agencies and drive their performance.
• Monitor Service Levels and adherence to policies and standards at debt collection agencies.
• May work with business teams to develop system process improvements and solutions.
• Conduct necessary data analysis and UAT plan, monitor key performance indicators, present findings, and recommendation to senior management.
• Monitor and manage Auto-Dialler system, involving in setting KPI, report monitoring, parameter management, call strategy alignment, initiation and enhancement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the loan collection or credit risk management area.
• Bachelor Degree and above.
• Excellence communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with legal proceedings and debt agencies management.
• Responsible, proactive, adaptable, organised, teamplayer, and results-oriented.
