WHO WOULD SUIT THIS ROLE?
We’re looking for an ambitious Credit Solutions Manager to join our team and help improve the financial wellbeing of our customers. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to lead a successful resolutions team. If you’re a problem solver, with excellent organisational and customer service skills then this could be a good role for you
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
- Oversee the Resolutions team with support from the Team Leaders, handling any escalated or difficult customer queries that arise.
- Support the Resolutions team ensuring all employees receive all required training, overseeing recruitment of any new team members, and promoting a team culture that aligns with company values and goals.
- Keep up with changes in legislation governing debt collections
- Monitor KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to increase team effectiveness.
- Contribute to ECCC’s strategy and board reports
