Responsibilities:
WHO WOULD SUIT THIS ROLE?
If you enjoy helping people solve problems, have great composure, and can remain calm under pressure then this may be a suitable role for you. We’re looking for organised and attentive problem solvers that can make decisions on repayment arrangements that will help our customers.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
- Making and receiving phone calls to assist customers with outstanding accounts
- Communicating with customers via email regarding account resolution
- Identifying customer issues and develop resolution plans, ensuring a high level of customer experience
- Flexible scheduling within office hours (8:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday), occasionally working until 7 pm for support needs
