CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Credit Specialist in our Creditor Practice, you will:

  • Analyze borrower data
  • Communicate with borrowers on behalf of major banks and financial institutions, using various channels such as inbound/outbound calls, email, and text messages
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize files based on the rate of recovery
  • Review debt recovery processes
  • Ensure file accuracy
  • Coordinate all client and lawyer reporting requirements
