CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Credit Specialist in our Creditor Practice, you will:
- Analyze borrower data
- Communicate with borrowers on behalf of major banks and financial institutions, using various channels such as inbound/outbound calls, email, and text messages
- Manage deadlines and prioritize files based on the rate of recovery
- Review debt recovery processes
- Ensure file accuracy
- Coordinate all client and lawyer reporting requirements
