Position Overview
- Assist and support and train SDM branch staff with offering the Sanlam Credit Solution (SCS) VP to clients.
- Provide insights and advice on credit reports of SCS users.
- Guiding clients through their the SCS registration process and explain to clients the self-assisted digital application processes that can be followed from the SCS Dashboard for loans.
- Meet sales targets for SCS user registrations and Sanlam Personal Loans
- Conduct local marketing initiatives and conduct presentations with local employers to drive new sales.

- Guide and support clients through the digital self-assisted loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
