POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Credit Strategy Analyst - Data Scientist will be responsible for credit risk strategy development supporting profitable growth of the SME loan. The person, under manager’s supervision, will develop/optimize, implement, and monitor credit strategy to ensure loan originations achieve risk performance targets using advanced statistical/machine learning techniques and tools.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong analytical background with data driven decisioning mindset
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems/ideas to wider audiences
• 2+ years’ credit risk strategy experience in unsecured lending industry preferred
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative driven field is preferred
• Working experience and proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Tableau or other BI Tools, and Excel (Advanced)
