OVERALL SUMMARY
At Close Brothers we look to recruit individuals from all different backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.
Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance team where you will underwrite proposed loans for our customers within the Transport sector, adhering to the established service level agreement (SLA) and within the business’ risk appetite.
You will develop and maintain strong working relationships across the business, including the Sales, Operations and Collections teams.
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience manually underwriting secured loans, ideally for hard assets. Any experience with Transport assets would be highly beneficial, but certainly not essential. You’ll be a strong communicator, with excellent credit skills and a track record of working to tight deadlines.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
- Have a Business Administration Degree or equivalent
- Have experience working within Asset Finance
- Have experience within the transport sector and/or transportation assets
We are an inclusive organisation and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is as accessible as possible to everyone. We will make adjustments for people who have a disability or long-term condition. If you need the job description or application form in an alternative format or would like to discuss the recruitment process with us, please email us at recruit.ssc@closebrothers.com or request a call back.
