THE OPPORTUNITY
The Harvey Norman Dropship Creditors Team is responsible for day to day running of the Admin division of Harvey Norman Dropship. The Creditors Team is seeking a responsible Dropship Creditors Clerk to join their team located in Homebush West.
As a Dropship Creditors Clerk you will have a good understanding of purchasing processes, general retail operations and liaising with vendors. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator and Administration Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Collating invoices ensuring all information are correct
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Daily invoice processing in POS
- Resolving discrepancies by communicating any errors
- Other Adhoc duties provided by the Administration Manager or Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE A PASSION FOR RETAIL WHILE WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT. HAVE GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE:
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organisation skills and time management skills
- Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred but not required.
- Experience in filing, creditors, debtors and reconciling
