• Support delivery operations by assisting drivers with the safe unloading of pets
• Organise and manage the sorting of delivered pets into designated cool rooms
• Expertly manage both private and communal cremations
• Accurately mill and prepare ashes with meticulous attention to detail and care
• Provide professional and compassionate client greetings at the crematorium for viewings
• Collect pets from veterinary clinics and client’s homes, and ensure timely delivery of ashes to designated locations (as required)
