Description:
The role of the Cabin Services Base Administrator is to support the base teams with the all administrative activity to ensure organisation, co-ordination of meetings and events and to support the base team to achieve operational efficiencies. The role will either be dedicated to one base or a cluster of bases based on size and activity.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As our Cabin Services Base Administrator, you will be responsible for executing all administrative activities within the base(s), supporting both Cabin Services and Flight Operations cross-functionally. Your duties will include generating reports as per management requests, processing roster disruption payments accurately, and providing administrative support for meetings, such as note-taking for safety investigations and Employee Relations case management. Additionally, you will facilitate the joiner and leaver processes for crew members, handle communications, produce meeting agendas and minutes, and address car parking concerns. You’ll also be tasked with identifying and resolving infrastructure or service delivery issues, supporting crew with administrative queries, guiding grounded maternity crew, organising base events, assisting crew with broken or damaged devices, and facilitating base visits and PR events. Your ability to identify and escalate specific issues while providing innovative solutions will be crucial for success in this role. Requirements of the Role
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE ROLE
We are looking for experience in an administrative role, ideally within an airline environment, and familiarity with high-volume operations. Proficiency in easyJet systems and strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are essential. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and organisational abilities are key attributes for success in this role. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Dutch/German is desired.
