Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and monitoring safe manning of all vessels, based on manning requirements and in compliance with the budget
- Planning the assignment of our seafarers in accordance with company requirements
- Supporting the recruitment process by providing the expected demand in frequent intervals as well as ensuring that Seafarer Employment Agreements are issued in compliance with MLC, Flag State and company requirements
- Monitoring performance evaluations for all seafarers employed including promotion aspects and arrange for follow-up where required, hereby actively supporting the in-house development as given by the applicable career path
- Ensuring that all Seafarers are trained and qualified in full compliance with Company’s, STCW and Flag State requirements, have passed a medical examination and obtained relevant Visa
- Liaising with vessels, seafarer and operators to select a suitable date/port in order for crew changes, considering sufficient time for handing over of duties and on-board-familiarization
- Any other tasks and organizational duties as may assigned to including vessel visits
