Responsibilities:

The Crew Transfers Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue to deliver an outstanding service to our clients. This is an exciting role where no two days are the same. Your typical duties will include (but not limited to):

  • To assist in collating required documentation for Fleet, Charter Vessels and ensure procedures are performed by Crew for entry into country
  • To track crew movements via database
  • To assist with ground logistics when crew medicals are required
  • To assist with crew documentation required for Charter Flights
  • To work in collaboration with other members of the team to ensure smooth and safe operation of the yachts and movements within country
  • Help maintain policies and procedures for Crew Logistics Department.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of all crew whilst in country and internationally as required
  • To assist the Team with any crew travel requirements (year-round) as requested by management and upper management
