You can make your mark in the role of Crewing Administrator within a professional crewing team. This team, which consists of various nationalities, is responsible for the seafarers working on the Boskalis Offshore energy fleet. You will support the crewing team as we are increasing our focus of the development of our seafarers. The BOFM (Boskalis Offshore Fleet Management) Fleet consists of about 25 vessels with a crew composition of Boskalis & Agency crew.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and filing evaluation forms from vessels and office in the crew management system.
- Creating new upcoming evaluations with new expiry dates in the crew management system and registering the outcomes in the performance reviews overview.
- Sending Standard training requests according the FMO 615-a training matrix to the responsible training organizer (depending on the contract type, via our training department or via the agency).
- Planning & Organizing evaluations of Master & Chief Engineers in time, so within a year after their former evaluation.
- Monitoring the evaluation status of crew on BOFM vessels, including reporting and discussing assessment overviews, expired and outstanding evaluations, and upcoming expiries with the Crewing HR team and crew coordinators
- Assisting the Crewing HR team with the implementation of a Succession & Development program and supporting the further development of the evaluation system.
- Assisting with general tasks for the team, like collecting necessary personal documents, such as visas, specific to visa type and country, filing them on SharePoint, uploading personal documents, maintaining visa request overviews per person/vessel, and preparing crew overview lists for visa requests.
