Description:

Argeo is an offshore company servicing customers in the Oil and Gas, Marine Minerals and Renewables industry. The company currently operates two subsea vessels, Argeo Searcher and Argeo Venture, and has plans for further fleet expansion. The company operates an advanced fleet of seven AUV autonomous underwater vehicles and is on a mission to transform the ocean surveying and inspection industry by utilizing autonomous surface and underwater robotics solutions integrated with proprietary sensor systems. We develop tools, methods, and web applications to allow our customers to make data-driven decisions based on the data we collect and process.
Argeo is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support to our offshore crews. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient coordination of crew scheduling, training, and recruitment in collaboration with crewing and discipline managers. You will be key in managing crew logistics, training, and documentation to meet both legal and client expectations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure crew assigned to projects are compliant with legislation and client expectations
  • Support in tax registration, expenses and timekeeping for Payroll purposes
  • Coordinate with manning agencies and freelancers
  • Support with recruitment of crew
  • Coordinate and maintain training programs & course bookings for crew
  • Responsible for regular communication with crew
  • Invoice and cost control
  • Travel bookings, crew changes and point of contact for travel agencies
  • Manage and arrange for crew documentation (CVs, certificates, visas, seaman’s book, work permits, etc)
  • Coordinate Performance Monitoring and Reporting
