Description:
The post holder will support effective assessment and gate keeping processes in the team and treatment plans under the direction of Registered staff. The post holder will provide supportive care management to an allocated group of service users as delegated by the Team /Deputy Manager or registered practitioner. The post holder will work with the community team in line with service needs. The post holder will receive clinical supervision as appropriate and partake in reflective practice/training on a regular basis
