Description:

Do you have previous Band 5 and/or Band 6 level knowledge of critical care nursing? Hold a UK recognised critical care qualification? Do you have experience mentoring junior staff and are you ready to take on a more senior role within our critical care department?
This exciting Band 6 opportunity will develop your leadership and management skills within our proactive multi-disciplinary team. We will offer you the following routes to develop within our teams. In house shift leader development programme depending on unit specialty, education relevant to the specialty with university accreditation.
Access to the Trust leadership development programmes, secondment opportunities into critical care outreach and critical care education teams.
