Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Critical Risk Manangement, roll out and development of users knowledge around critical risk ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Develop investigation quality through facilitating various investigations on site, providing guidance and support to investigation facilitators and investigation leads.Provide specialist health and safety advice and support to the Operations Manager, Department Managers, and other staff to assist with risk management and decision-making activities.
  • Proactively utilise the Health and Safety Management Systems
  • Apply Health and Safety practises and initiatives on site that lead to achieving Health and Safety objectives and targets
  • Undertake tasks as set out in the Health and Safety Activity Schedule
  • Prepare data and report on safety performance for daily and weekly meeting and reports
  • Present relevant safety training packages for use across the site.
  • Implement the Audit and Compliance Program that supports the site in health and safety best practice and legislative requirements.
  • Support the business to effectively and consistently apply and review risk management processes etc.
