YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


  • Proven track record in a senior or executive management role which has included responsibility for product, culture, people and business growth

  • Previous experience in Critical Environments / Data Centres and one or more of the following: M&E, facilities management, projects, building services

  • Dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers and customers

  • Capability to drive contract performance with strategic goals while maintaining employee engagement

  • Remain adaptive to various complex challenges at the site level

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees, clients and CBRE Management

  • Excellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skills

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial metrics

  • Fluent language skills in English are required. Additinal knowledge of Danish or another nordic language would be a plus

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • Cross-functionally manage our Data Center maintenance services on-site as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled



      • Monitoring maintenance management strategies to ensure alignment with client’s objectives, especially in terms of business continuity



        • Implement standardized processes and procedures for Data Center SLAs across the site/accounts in compliance with legislation and meeting industry ‘best practice’



          • Ensure your site is staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planningarrangements are in place



            • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process iseffectively implemented across both our teams’ services and subcontractors’ activities and are regularly reviewed



              • Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met



                • Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts



                  • Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training,assessment and recognition/reward



                    • Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings,briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate
