That’s why we’re seeking an Email Marketing and CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in engaging our diverse customer base through thoughtful and data-driven email marketing and CRM strategies. You’ll be at the heart of our mission, crafting messages and building relationships that improve lives.

TEST, LEARN, AND OPTIMISE

  • You’ll be an expert in A/B testing, constantly seeking out opportunities to improve and refine our approach.
  • Use data to drive insights, helping us understand what resonates with our customers and how we can better serve them.
  • Collaborate with departments across NRS Healthcare to design complex, automated campaigns that are built on real customer needs and behaviours.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a proven record of driving business results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to craft effective strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g. Bloomreach and HubSpot) and analytics tools (such as GA4).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • A passion for customer engagement, with the ability to create personalised, impactful campaigns that foster loyalty and growth.

Imagine reaching out to someone in need of home care solutions, guiding them through their decision-making journey, or nurturing relationships with existing customers so they feel empowered in their choices. As our Email Marketing and CRM Manager, you won’t just send out campaignsyou’ll help tell the stories that matter most.
Working closely with various internal teams, you will design and implement campaigns that educate, inform, and build trust with our customers. You’ll bring a data-driven approach to understanding our audience, continuously refining our communications to deliver real value to those who depend on us.
This role will challenge you to think deeply about the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Each email you craft, every CRM interaction you design, will help shape their experiencemaking sure they receive the right message at the right time.
