Description:
The Data and Process Professional will be responsible for driving the projects to achieve process improvement. The holder of this position will harmonize processes and is responsible for the development and use of data systems and will discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in effectively managing large-scale projects in digital environment
- Technical background or working knowledge of software development process and tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends
- Ability to think analytically, very good conceptual skills
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Data and Process Management programs and initiatives from concept to implementation
- Document input and prepare process requirements documents for internal Data and Process Management centers of excellence or competency centers
- Support the needs of the process management throughout the process development; ensure what is delivered meets the original standards and KPIs
- Conduct the process required to identify and evaluate internal digital assets and strengths
- Provide emerging digital technologies and articulate the digital future of Sartorius with a strong focus on customer needs
- Support in configuration requirements, integration decisions and technology process improvements
