Job Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Job Type: Contract 4 - 6 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $55 to $60 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Business Consultant to lead the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for our company. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, from initial assessment to final deployment, ensuring that the chosen CRM solution aligns with our business needs and cost requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a CRM consultant with successful implementation projects
• In-depth knowledge of various CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their capabilities
• Strong analytical skills for assessing business processes and identifying key requirements
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage project timelines effectively while maintaining quality deliverables

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current business processes and customer management requirements.
• Research and recommend suitable CRM solutions that meet our specific business needs and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead the implementation of the selected CRM system, including customization, data migration, integration with existing systems, and user training.
• Provide ongoing support during the transition phase to ensure smooth adoption by employees.
