Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE:
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of CRM Specialists, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Campaign Strategy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive CRM campaign strategies that align with the department’s vision and business objectives, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and value maximisation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics and customer insights to inform campaign strategies, ensuring a deep understanding of customer behaviour and preferences to drive personalisation and relevance.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance against KPIs, leveraging insights to optimise future campaigns for improved effectiveness and ROI.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve the department’s campaign strategies and execution.
- Compliance: Accountable for ensuring that each CRM campaign is fully compliant with FCA, GDPR, regulatory, and organisational standards, with robust safeguards for customer data.
You’ll ideally have experience in a similar role, demonstrating:
- Team management experience with the ability to lead a team to drive innovative results
- High level of proficiency in CRM platforms, tools, and technologies, and their application in crafting exceptional campaign experiences.
- Proven ability to develop strategic campaign plans that align with business goals and customer needs, with a focus on creativity and innovation across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyse data and customer insights to assess campaign effectiveness and drive future campaign development
