Spotler DACH is created through the acquisition of CrossEngage (now Spotler DACH) by the Spotler Group in December 2023. Responsibilities:
As our CRM Consultant (m/f/d) you are an integral part of the Consulting unit. As a trustworthy partner, you advise customers on best practice CRM in close cooperation with the Head of Consulting.
- Guide our clients in transforming their business models to thrive in a platform-driven digital environment. Your expertise will help them become customer-centric, focusing on long-term retention and growth.
- Analyze customer requirements, coordinate the technical implementation of business initiatives, drive process improvements, and support the necessary change management activities to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions.
- Interpret customer data analyses to advise clients on strategic implications and identify focus areas in CRM. Your insights will directly impact their customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage your consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth internal and external coordination. You’ll oversee every aspect of the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Proactively lead the development of our Consulting products, always with an eye on optimizing our offerings to align with industry trends and ensure we provide the best possible solutions for our clients.
- Set up comprehensive email routes as part of full-service projects, coordinating with freelancers and other team members to deliver top-quality results for our clients.
- Negotiate price packages for your consulting projects with a clear goal of maximizing profitability for Spotler DACH, while ensuring clients receive exceptional value.
